Floral Burst

Dress : Phulkari Couture ; Shoes - Clothing Pallette ;
Handcuff - Colaba Causeway

Hello ,

It was supposed to be a ready for summer look but I guess now I can pass it off as how my summer went by . Floral prints can be carried at any time of the day. They never disappoint. And yes always add up accessories, they make the look a lot more complete. I just can't step out without wearing accessories. There is always something new you can bring to the table as I feel dressing simple is too boring. You should always try and experiment with your looks. What if something you thought you'd never wear turns out to be your new favourite.

Phulkari  is a boutique located in Jodhpur . They cater from ethnic to the Indo-Western audience and they had some really statement clothing but what caught my eyes was this Floral Dress . I loved the colour plus print. Floral  print too has been trending since forever . I loved the dress as it gave a chic royal look.

Coming on the outfit : I did incorporate a little blush with the palazzo pants , but I basically just took colors from the top itself and used them for the rest of the look . The Pearl work across the complete dress gave a perfect look which can even be taken from Day to Night and any social occasion . I also got the opportunity to wear these with Pumps ! This is probably my favourite because a bright printed dress like this would definitely be my go-to summer outfit!

I'd love to know what you guys think of this look!

See you soon !
Love
Surabhi

Wedding Series #1 - GARBA

It was my brothers wedding last month and I’ve decided to do a wedding series on the blog with my outfits. I hope you guys enjoy it . For the Garba function, our theme was Ikat, hence I wore lehanga which I revamped my mother wedding lehanga with ikat dupatta. So accordingly was my jewellary, hair and makeup look.  I always love wearing bright and vibrant colors. And specially for garba evening calls for such playful, bright and attractive colors. The dupatta was draped  as in Gujarati style. I kept my hair and makeup very light and natural with hair bun. Until Next, #BakerofStylist
